Anchor & Thread Community Services offers free and confidential support for survivors of assault and abuse. Our caring, trained counsellors are here to guide you through your healing journey. We also support family, friends, and loved ones as they walk beside you. Using trauma informed and victim centered approaches along and practical tools, our team helps you feel safe, supported, and in control.
