What Is The Thread Program and How Does It Support Families Early?

"The Thread Program works proactively with families who are experiencing, or at risk of, family violence. Instead of waiting for families to reach out, the program uses a consistent, outreach-based approach to reduce barriers, build trust, and provide support early. The program helps by: - Supporting early intervention to prevent escalation - Strengthening family safety and overall wellbeing - Reducing the need for crisis or emergency services - Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that respects each family’s needs"
